If you have architectural drawings we will review them to understand the structural implications associated with the internal alterations. We’ll then be able to provide an accurate quotation and set out our scope of services for the project. If you do not have architectural drawings then you would need to send as much information as possible to us including the property address, photos / sketches and a clear description of the works you wish to carry out. We would then review and provide an accurate quotation.
Structural design
Your dedicated structural engineer will consider the proposals and plan the proposed structural design, reviewing any other considerations or challenges that may be associated with the extension. If necessary, we will attend the site to determine the existing structural configuration of the building and carry out a dimension survey. Our structural design is delivered by structural calculations and detailed engineering drawings that would be suitable for submission to Building Control and suitable for your appointed Contractor to work from.
